Atlantis Day passes while booking at Comfort Inn ?

I am new to this , but here goes:

My wife, daughter and I are going on a cruise and one of the stops is Nassau. We will be there on Saturday , August 11th from noon to midnight.

Years ago when we were there on a Disney cruise, we booked a room at the Comfort Inn and didn't use the room but just wanted the day passes to Atlantis. They let us check in early to get the passes.

Can you still do this? Has anyone done this recently?

I just called the hotel and the lady said check in time is 3pm and they don't guarantee early check in to get the passes.

She was really rude and short.

I don't want to risk $350 of non-refundable money. Does anyone know if they still let you check in early for cruise passengers?

Any help would be appreciated .

I feel like it will be okay. I need to book the room, but I just hate to risk $350.00 for the room and fees if they won't let us get the passes at noon instead of waiting till 3 pm.

Has anyone else done this recently?
