Always check your confirmations. I called yesterday to reprise a cruise (total of $100 cheaper)

The person I talked to took everything down, and told me they would send an updated confirmation. I just checked what they sent me and it's $700 over the original price. Their website still has the cruise for the price I booked it at (with more OBC) It isn't a WOW or Going Going Gone sail, and it's for Dec 2019. So no penalty for repricing.

It is a typo on their part. And is being worked out. But It would be hard to fight on final payment day.

Check those confirmations.

They always send a new invoice which we print. Can't imagine anyone would re-price and not request confirmation and read it.

Always stay on the line with the csr until you get the email, if they have it right it only takes a minute or so. Then you can check it while you have them on the phone.
