Celebrity Dining Times

Hi Everyone,

We are first time cruisers leaving on our first cruise next week on a Celebrity cruise in Europe. When booking, we were given the dining time of 6:15 (waitlist). What does this mean?

Are we expected to be at dinner at 6:15 every night? Is this only applicable to the main dining room? Will we be sharing a table with others at the same dining time?

Any advice would be helpful.

If you clear the waitlist for early traditional dining, your time to be in the dining room will be 6:15. This does not mean you will eat at 6:15...just like any shore side restaurant, you will be given a menu, order several courses, and they will arrive at intervals. If you did not request a table size, they will seat you with others and you will have the same partners at the same table every night. There is also a late seating for traditional dining, not sure what time it is, but probably not before 8:30p. There is also Select dining, which is showing up at a different portion of the dining room whenever you want. There may be a wait for a table if you go at a popular time, and if you request a table for 2. There is also the buffet if you don't want a length meal, and a couple of specialty restaurants at extra cost. All of this is explained on the Celebrity website. EM
