A Travel Agency Question Please (I don't name names!)

In my case, the TA agency matches HAL's price down to the penny.   The reason I book via TA is the perks that HAL doesn't offer, like the onboard spending or bonus points/miles.   Currently, I'm looking at a 2020 cruise that is on HAL's site but not on the TA's yet because it's too far in advance.   At this point, the TA said they can match HAL's proce, but cannot offer any perks yet because it's too soon.   He suggested I book through the TA, and then "later" I'll be able to get the Perks.    I don't trust that. LOL

I have a question - What happens if your TA doesn't reply to you after emailing and calling for nearly 3 weeks? The VM is full and you're outside your 60 days of transferring the reservation to a new TA?

There was one case reported here in CC where the TA was a one man shop, and the one man passed away.

If there is a company, contact them.  If not, contact the cruise line get them to return the booking to their control.

Sorry, 3 weeks without any reply, is seriously wrong.
