I am assuming all balcony cabins on Dream are covered?

The aft extended balconies aren't covered.

 

I'm not sure, but spa balconies on deck 12 may not be covered.

I believe you are correct on the spa balconies. We have one on our November cruise so I will find out for sure,

I think the Spa cabins on the Spa deck are not covered. The Spa cabins on the Panorama deck are covered.

It's been almost 8 years, but if I remember correctly our more forward spa balconies were covered, we were in 12207.
