I have a FCC that expires 1/1/2019. If I book a cruise for 2020 pay my deposit and apply FCC what happens if I cancel the cruise?

I have a FCC that expires 1/1/2019. If I book a cruise for 2020 pay my deposit and apply FCC what happens if I cancel the cruise?

 

The only person (people) who can answer this is the folks from Celebrity. I would call either reservations or Captains Club for the "correct" answer.
