Tea, coffee and water package

What exactly does this include? Tea and coffee anywhere on the ship (Venchi coffee?)

 

Tap water or bottled water? Any location or only in the dining room and buffet?

Up until recently, when MSC introduced this package for UK/Ireland customers, unless we had a drinks package, we had to pay for (bottled still/sparkling) water in the main dining room and tea/coffee (plus "juices" - flavoured water) were only served at breakfast time. These drinks are/were always available 24/7 in the buffet (except for "juices", which are only available at breakfast). The "package" will not include coffee from any of the bars/lounges - it's only for the MDR.
