Any advantage to using the PVP for Diamond members?

My PVP I've been using starting to take me for granted and

from talking to other people their PVP or travel agent does more

and get s them more.

You can "fire" any PVP for any reason or no reason at all.

I have somehow managed to never need a pvp or diamond desk.

I have found the Diamond desk to be super helpful, especially when you get nowhere fast with the regular numbers.

Even DD can have new ones, however. Our PVP is Elite, as well, but not supposed to name names.

Dumb question but what is an elite level pvp? Just a really good pvp or is that really a title? Do you have to be a certain vifp level to use them? Thanks in advance.

In my opinion, the "Diamond Desk" people are the best perk for being diamond. They are always there,,,,always answer the phone quickly,..and always get the answer to whatever question, or problem I have. THEY'RE GREAT.

Almost Diamond... My husband usually does the booking for our cruises so I'm confused what is a PVP? Is this someone you are assigned when you become a diamond member to help you book cruises?

A PVP is pretty much anyone who books cruises at Carnival. Has nothing to do with being Diamond. A non-commissioned internal travel agent, if you will. Not required unless you want one.

I think they have quotas on how many cruises they have to sell.
