Cruiser Joe Posted August 20, 2018 #1 Share Posted August 20, 2018 I have booked a suite for next year on the Carnival Legend. I know that the boarding priority goes (more or less): Diamond, Platinum, suites, wedding parties, FTTF, and everyone else. My question is this: Do suite guests have early access to their cabins like the other early boarders? Or do they get to board early but still have to haul their bags around the ship like cavemen until their cabin is ready?
joepeka Posted August 20, 2018 #2 Share Posted August 20, 2018 No early cabin access for suite guests unless they also happen to be Platinum or Diamond or purchase FTTF. So, it's make like Fred Flintstone and haul your carry-on's around until the cabin is ready (usually about 1:30PM). :)
DallasGuy75219 Posted August 20, 2018 #3 Share Posted August 20, 2018 The latter. Priority boarding but no priority room access unless you're Plat, Diamond, or FTTF. Sent from my SM-J727P using Forums mobile app

BiscayneBay460 Posted August 21, 2018 #6 Share Posted August 21, 2018 Unfortunately, no. We have a suite on our next cruise, but the kids are in an interior cabin. So I purchased FTTF for the kids room. This way we get priority boarding together and their cabin will be ready on arrival to put the carry on luggage in. lennythenose Posted August 21, 2018 #7 Share Posted August 21, 2018 As stated, early cabin access is not included with a suite but I have read others say and actually had crew members tell us our suite was ready upon boarding. It wasn’t but some crew obviously didn’t know the difference. We kept our bags until all cabins were available as we had expected to do.
