NCL shore excursion availability

Out of curiosity when does NCL usually open the excursions up for booking?

Once you register on line with NCL , your bookings are available to you. Been on many cruises.. 9 with NCL...Sometimes it takes awhile to see , but always check whats available under your shore excursions !!! Be aware that sometimes when you see a tour and book it for an island , due to timing , it might close you out of another tour.

 

 

ALSO , important if you have a " PORT PERK ", ( $50 PORT CREDIT ).. you must call to book ..Do Not purchase on-line. On-line booking can only deduct a LATITUDE discount..

When they have contracts for their shore excursions. Sometimes months (a year) in advance. Keep checking your MyNCL.

Thanks. currently it's showing 0 available but I'm sure it's because we are more than a year out

Well, for comparison, the Jade TA is 8 months out and there are 25 shore excursions available, but, only at 2 ports. I will say that last year's Jade TA it was close to 2 months prior to cruise time before some ports, especially Ponta Delgada, before shore excursions were made available.

 

Don't stress over it. I'd look at Trip Advisor to find some really fantastic private/group tours. I've used them on many cruises.
