Ultimate Dining on Mariner?

The ultimate dining package includes lunch on a sea day in one of the specialty restaurants. How does that work when there aren't any actual sea days? (3 night sailing). Seems at $72, its still a very good deal if there is no lunch, but just wondered why it is offered if there are no sea days.

That price is based on no sea day lunches. If there were sea days the price would go up about $15.00 for each sea day. We are on the12 night Symphony transatlantic this Oct. and the UDP is priced at $360.00 PP because of the 11 sea day lunches. That works out to 23 meals at about 16.00 each. Not to bad to get Wonderland at $16.00 for dinner. Total package a little high and we passed. Do they offer the BOGO for 40.00 pp. on your cruise. not a bad deal for 2 nights. I believe you only have Chops and Jamie's unless Izumi is included.

That is reasonable! Can I book that online or can I only book that onboard?

If it is offered it will be in the cruise planner. If it is not there keep checking back as things come and go week to week. Get the UDP now in case it is removed, if the BOGO shows up you can just cancel the UDP. Sometimes things are offered onboard and sometimes not. We have sailed three time on Mariner and the ship is fantastic. Happy cruising
