Drinks package on the Norweigan Dawn

Hi Everyone,

I'm going on my first solo cruise in October to the Caribbean and very much looking forward to it. What I don't understand is how the drinks package works. It says I have to pay over £1000 to have drinks, I most certainly will not be drinking that much and wondered if I can pick specific days for the $89 package? Do I have to buy the package for the whole 2 weeks?

You will not be required to buy the beverage package. If you will not be drinking $89 per day, you will be better off just paying for the individual drinks.

If you buy the package it’s for the whole cruise, but you can just go pay as you go. Ie pay for each drink you order.

No, you are not able to only get it for specific days. It's all or none. However (as the others said), you can choose not to buy it, and just pay the menu price for each drink.
