Does Bliss have a barista bar included in the drink package or only a la carte Starbucks?

No coffee is included in the drink package. Regular coffee in the dinning rooms and buffet is free.

Will the Starbucks accept their gift cards for purchases? Or is there a Starbucks onboard card that can be purchased as a gift?

Starbuks gift cards are accepted but you can not use your Starbucks rewards to pay for a coffee.

If your a passenger from Europe specialty coffee is included , we have “premium all inclusive “ it includes specialty coffees at meal times only in all restaurants except Starbucks coffee shop ironically .

As said only European and uk passengers get offered this .
