We are not in any hurry and will be parked at the terminal. So after we're off the ship, can someone please point me to a "post" describing the US Customs process, finding your luggage, and getting it loaded into the car. Thx...

Whether taking a shuttle or parking at the port, I've always found the people outside the terminal very helpful. An easy process.
