I don't think that poster you were quoting was saying that the NA has Vista Suites. He appeared to be speaking generally of HAL ships, and he specifically referred to Signature Suites for the NA.

Omit the words Vista and Signature entirely and the statement is still wrong. It is true on the S and R class ships and the Prinsendam that "HAL calls mostly all its standard balcony cabins now ___ Suites", but the overwhelming majority of the balconies in the fleet are on the newest 7 ships, and the overwhelming majority of them are called Verandahs.

They can call Hal and confirm the booking. If they booked 3rd party, of course Hal cannot make any changes to the booking. But.....I would at least call Hal to confirm they are even booked on the cruise for said date.

Why call? Input the booking number into "Manage My Booking".
