cruizinrican Posted September 8, 2018 #2 Share Posted September 8, 2018 Was here in February, no beach area just a rock lagoon. Drinks were horrible. We ordered margaritas and he couldn't ever make one!? Sent it back 2x after that I was done. It tarted nothing like it and was orange and bitter. Pool was like ice cold, food was okay. Save your money and your time, try somebody else. Sent from my SM-J727T1 using Forums mobile app
c-leg5 Posted September 9, 2018 #3 Share Posted September 9, 2018 It is very convenient (within walking distance of Puerta Maya and International piers). I haven’t been for a long time but they used to offer two passes, one AI and one about $20 with $15 credit back for food and drinks which gives you access to WiFi and use of pool. We have also done PAYG if we were there a very short time. Passes purchased in lobby. Never had a problem with food and drinks (typical AI) but again this was some years ago. AI used to be expensive so we haven’t done that as we feel facilities at Park Royal next door are better for AI. More pools and better food options. Only problem with Park Royal is depending on your port hours whether it is worthwhile- food and drinks not available until after 11 local time. You would need to check both for current pricing as it is a while since we did either. Both have small beaches, (although Park Royal bigger) because shore is ironshore round the piers.
