Costa Maya Cruise Port--Handicap Accessible?

Can anyone tell me if they have rickshaw transport to/from the cruise ship in Costa Maya? Those are the bicycle-like carriages that they have at the Cozumel cruise port. We have a few cruisers who can't walk long distances.

No rickshaws but most of the time (not all the time) they have free trams from the ship to the port.

Trams operate only along the main pier, which currently can hold a single ship. If docked on the legged pier, you'll need to walk to the main pier to catch a tram. But the tram drops you at the port shopping entrance and if heading out on an excursion you'll need to walk further than the length of the pier to get to transportation. Nothing inside the port shopping area to assist handicapped persons.

I appreciate the help! Thanks! We just have a few cruisers that can't walk long distances, but I think they will be ok even if they have to just walk to the main pier.
