Would you upgrade from a H8 to an H4 on Bliss for 1K?

Just wondering if it would be worth it? Considering that we already have the H8 which is a pretty nice room but smaller balcony.

 

The H4 is bigger room and should have a bigger balcony but not by much and is in Haven compound.

We prefer to stay in the Haven complex when possible. Hard to say if it is worth $1K.

How many people?

Adults, children, etc. The 2nd bedroom may/may not be important.

 

Also, the H4 balcony on deck 17 is deeper/larger than the H4 balcony on deck 18.

So just the 2 of us adults. I have to imagine the balcony is bigger in either case.

 

And when i say 1K that's all in, 500 x2. We also put a bid in for a DOS 750 x2, which we don't even need to ask this question LOL.

Im going to vote no. All the Haven rooms are very nice. I don't think a little bit extra space is worth $1000. That's a lot of spa treatments, fabulous excursions, or even airfare if you put it into perspective. All haven rooms are lovely.

i doubt it will go for as low as $500 each. We love the H4 and always stay in it even though it is just the two of us. We love a separate living/dining room and my husband spreads out all of his stuff in the second bedroom. It is luxury at sea!

The H4 balcony on deck 18 is only 43 square feet. The H4 balcony on deck 17 is larger.

Did you get this offer? For what sailing, may I ask? We are in an H5 and would love to upgrade to the H4, but they are showing Sold Out at the moment for our sailing. :-)

Having just stayed in the H8, I would say go for it even if you do not score a larger balcony. You will still have the king size bed and having two bathrooms and space for 6 folks for just the two of you will be a pleasure. We enjoyed the H8 except for the partial coverage of the H8 balcony, but wished the master bedroom could see out the window at nights---blinds had to be closed to avoid glaring out the bridge.
