Friend having trouble getting on Cruise Critic -- Questions for Bob and others

Friend has been trying to sign up forever and it keeps telling him the user name was taken now when he fills it in it tells him that birthday is invalid even though it doesn't ask you for birthday only first & last name, user name and email.

I was having the same issue when I was trying to sign up using my cell phone. Have them try again on a laptop or maybe even a tablet

Look for the contact e-mail address here on the forum. E-mail them with your difficulties and they will help. I just did this this week. They got me sorted ouy very quickly. Bob
