Fantastica room service

I was surprised to see that one of the cruises I am considering has just sold out of bella with over a year to go. Since we may or may not get drinks it seems the only benefit that I would really get is room service. However I was just reading some old posts that said fantastica only get breakfast for free and the delivery charge waved for anything else. So I would have to pay for the actual food items. Is this true. Or is the post out of date?

It's unlikely that Bella has sold out a year in advance; MSC often withdraws cabins from availability in one region, while selling them in another, then opening them for sale again at a later date.
