One Liberty passenger said they had parked at the 2nd rate dock with nothing around. Hopefully that's not a normal practice. Hopefully some other Liberty people will chime in because I would like to know as well.

All depends on other traffic. Either West India Company Dock (Havensight) or Crown Bay, but if it is really busy some ships anchor.

When are you going?

This link is usually accurate: http://www.*****/general_usvi/cruiseship/ (it is only about a month in advance but should help.)

You can either get the ferry in Charlotte Amalie or go to Red Hook.
