Just found out that we have been ‘upgraded’ from our carefully chosen starboard Fantastica balcony on Preziosa to a portside Wellness balcony, even though we had asked for no upgrade. Not only that but we do not get any of the Wellness benefits. Only check our account infrequently as we do not sail until next April. TA is trying to get us our cabin back but we are not at all hopeful [emoji853]

We were upgraded on our first Seaside cruise as well as this one. ON the cruise inApril, I pushed on the Aurea Experience showing in all our information; printed and carried this paperwork on the ship. figured we give it a shot .One the 3 rd day of the cruise we recieved message to come to customer service to pick up our new cruise card which were indeed Aurea. we recieved all benefits . THis is HIGHLY unusual , but we had other issues with drink package purchase .So I think this was an " apology " upgrade to full benefit. I do not expect it to,happen next week.

Good PR work on their part as we are bring 3 other couples with us this time do to MSC's professionalism and generousity .
