The four closest to the port and most popular are:

Homewood Suites

Country Inn & Suites

Residence Inn

Radisson At The Port

 

The first three have complimentary breakfast. The Radisson does not but does have a restaurant on site.

 

As far as getting to Cape Canaveral from the airport. A popular option is the one-way car rental. Most all the rental companies have an office near the port and have free shuttles to the port. Sometimes this is cheaper than a shuttle if you have family.

 

If you don’t want to rent a car then I would either do Uber or use a prearranged shuttle. Cortrans and Cocoa Beach Shuttle are some popular options.

We typically rent a car pre-cruise -- allows you to stay, shop and dine where you want. Drop the car off in PC/Cocoa Beach the morning of your cruise and ride the free shuttle to the port. Typical cost for a one-way rental is competitive with shared shuttle fees. Bring a few dollars in quarters for the toll road. ;)

 

Post cruise, unless your flight leaves after about 2:00 I would not bother with a rental car, just use one of the shuttles.
