Bumped Air

Our group of 6 were bumped from Norwegian Air DL7012 to HiFly with a "new estimated departure time...15:30 01.10.2018"

 

Lots of calls and cancellations and rebookings. Now we are on the next Norwegian flight with a stopover, and arriving 3 hours later.

 

If this has happened to anyone, please call 18003574159, wait to speak to an agent and let them know that you are on a cruise.

Was this a flight booked by Norwegian Cruise Line? What cruise are you on? what embarkation port?

It's the Norwegian Airlines #... would NCL use them for flights?

Norwegian Air have been wet leasing from HiFly for maybe a year now while their Dreamliners are having their engines repaired. It's the reason I flew Virgin earlier this year. The pukka Norwegian 787s are great to fly, but the HiFly flights as you state don't get good reviews. However the re-scheduled times should be available at time of booking.
