Rare PTC DAWG Posted October 4, 2018 #1 Share Posted October 4, 2018 My question is, can they be used? Say after initial deposit, can they be used as payment toward the cruise?
Rare PTC DAWG Posted October 4, 2018 Author #2 Share Posted October 4, 2018 Not sure why the headline came out as certain, should have said “certificates “. Auto correct I suppose...
Jana60 Posted October 4, 2018 #3 Share Posted October 4, 2018 My question is, can they be used? Say after initial deposit, can they be used as payment toward the cruise? I booked a cruise online and then immediately called the online travel agent to get my cruise next certificate applied. Initially they gave me flack telling me that I was supposed to pay the certificate by phone rather than booking online but when I became angry and said that their computer site had not offered that information they called NCL and explained the situation and NCL did allow them to use my cruise next certificate even though it caused NCL to have to send a refund of the $250 to my credit card. rtkenmore Posted October 4, 2018 #4 Share Posted October 4, 2018 If you booked through ncl.com, then your certificate should have showed up as a payment choice in the drop down menu when you choose payment type.
