dupe1_åsa Posted October 6, 2018 #1 Share Posted October 6, 2018 We are going on a MSC cruise and we done the status match, and have become black card members. But on our printed tickets there is nothing about our black status. How will they recongize our status at the check in desk? Will you see the status on the sea pass card? Rare Beamafar Posted October 6, 2018 #2 Share Posted October 6, 2018 It should show next to your name on the first page of your tickets, as well as on the luggage tags. If it isn't, you need to have the tickets re-issued, otherwise you won't receive your Black cruisecard on embarkation and will have to go to either the Customer Service desk or the Cruise Consultant to ensure you receive your onboard perks. You'll also have a problem using the Priority embarkation line if you can't show that you're entitled to. This only applies if you're not in Aurea or Yacht Club. Your status is apparent from the colour of your cruise card see the image below (ignore the fact that they all say Black Card on them. This is because they were printed using my information, albeit with Bedford Bear as the named guest) Pete
