Value Trips

Has anyone booked through Value Trips?  Are they reputable? I ask because I been unable to reach them by phone or email.

Also, do their prices include taxes?

Yes have used them 3 years in a row, not sure about the tax

Tax is not included. Also, I believe parking is $7 extra.

Yes they are reputable, used them many times over the past 3 years no problem. Submit a request then check with the hotel in about a week instead of waiting for a reply from valutrips. They do not charge your credit card, the hotel does once you stay, and no the taxes are not included.
