Can anyone recommend a reliable limo service to pick up from the airport

I assume your destination is the cruise port in New Jersey. If so taxis are usually available outside the terminal.

Check out Dial7 or Carmellimo.  These are companies with large fleets that service the NY metro area in NY, NJ, and CT.

In that case I also recommend Dial 7 or Carmel car services. Usually one makes a reservation in advance online and gives a cell number on which they can be reached after arrival. Since the OP lives in the UK I am not sure if your cell will be OK for the US. Perhaps others on this board can address that.
