Missing functionalities

1.  Cannot figure out how to display 200 posts on a page, which is very useful for long discussions.

2.  Cannot figure out how display a print friendly version of the discussion without the avatars, etc.

3.  Email notifications come EVERY time a post is made to the discussion, rather than once per discussion until you go back to it.

And as an aside, my understanding was that this was supposed to be a "server upgrade" along with the addition of a few extra features.  That usually implies behind the scenes maintenance and better performance.  What we got was a fairly extensive redesign with what are apparently, still more than a few bugs.  Here's hoping things that will improve over the next week or two.
