Emails, notification settings and manage content

When I get an email from CC it has a link that takes me to notification settings, but not to manage content.  Is there supposed to be a separate link for that?

Can you give us some more information or a screen shot of what you're referring to?  I don't understand what you're trying to accomplish.

Each email has a section in blue at the bottom of the email:

While these may look like two separate links, there is only ***ONE*** link that goes to:
