Port to AEP

Group of four adults will disembark in Buenos Aires from the Star Princess and need to get to AEP airport for an 11:30AM flight to Iguazu.  Will there be taxis available at the port?  Is it a set rate or metered?  Or would it be better to schedule a transfer (remis) to the airport?

Taxis at the port are not metered for trips to AEP.  Two years ago, the flat rate was $35 for two of us.  Plenty available.  An alternative is Ar-Bus, which has a kiosk in the port terminal and charges $10 pp. for a short 10 minute bus ride.

Regardless of how you get to AEP, there is no need to rush off the ship since it is a very short trip with little traffic.  Also, AEP is not a very comfortable airport to have to sit around in for several hours.
