Back from Ruby

You are correct about the shorter cruises. We in the past have taken them, but it was different. So I have been looking at some other lines out there, but still haven't found where we want to cruise too. We most likely are going to do land tours instead at this time.

The Ruby cruise was 7 days, not the 4 mentioned. I love cruising but this coastal cruise even though convinent was not the cruise for me. I’ll stick to Alaska cruises.

That it probably should have been handled differently and for our inconvenience she will  place on our account a $100pp onboard credit good for one year.

Unless there is some kind of awesome deal, we will not be sailing with them in the future. That's all I can say about it.

 I had the same type of thing happen on the golden princess. It was a three day cruise and it happened the entire cruise. The difference was this was a large family gathering and somehow a woman across the hall from me and myself ended up in between all of these people. Their children were literally bouncing off the walls. They along with the adults were so loud at all hours of the night and extremely early in the morning. They gathered outside of my door every morning and yelled so loud that they woke me up EVERY SINGLE DAY.  I would open the door and stare at all of them in my pajamas but they really didn't care, obviously. The passenger across the hall went with me to the front desk in or PJs to complain along with several calls from both of us but NOTHING ever happened.  I should have written a letter but I did not. 

 

Hopefully since you complained things will be better from now on.   Give it another try!
