Equinox Up coming Drydock

Can anyone give us the expected updates for the Equinox. Our cruise is about a year out and I'm starting to plan....Thanks

Other than it's next May, I don't think anyone really knows what they'll be doing, other than conjection.There has been a lot of chatter, but Celebrity isn't giving a whole lot of info.

She will be going through her "Revolution" upgrades which will see the decor of almost all public venues updated to a scheme more in line with the Edge, her cabins will be refreshed similarly.  We do not yet know what changes there may be to the specialty dining venues onboard, or reconfiguration of the ships layout/public areas.  We do know they plan on adding a suites only retreat sundeck, though they have not disclosed exactly where that will be (some have guessed it will be replacing the "Solstice" deck atop the ship).

 

RCCL/Celebrity like to give "hints" at the work pre dry-dock then make a big splashy announcement once the work is finished.  Until then it is all speculation and heresay

The big question is will she lose the sky lounge to make room for suites.  If she does it means the rest of Solstice class ships will too.
