Hi, I’m not a morning person... I know I have to be out of the stateroom by 8am. So: if I get assigned an early time for leaving the ship, can I sleep as long as possible and then grab breakfast and leave later than my assigned time?

Yes.  

 

Breakfast time is also shortened on departure day.  And they want you off the ship by 9:30-ish.

 

Remember that the next bunch are as eager to start their week on board as you were.

Your good to at least 9 and then the cattle prop comes out so they can steer you towards the gangway. If you have your own transportation then don't be concerned.

When we were on Harmony last week, WJ was supposed to open from 5:30 to 8:30 but we didn't stay long enough to see if they close the door and/or throw the food away at 8:30. Deck 3 of the MDR was also opened for breakfast but I think they close earlier than 8:30.

Thank you all for your replies - I will sleep until 7:50, leave cabin and get breakfast right after 8 🙂
