Uniworld discounts and Generations cruise question

I saw that Uniworld just  posted their November discounts... all the European cruises on sale seemed to be spring and/or summer.  Any idea if/when Sept. or Oct. cruises would be discounted?  

 

If we were to go ahead with the July cruise at a discount, it is a generations cruise.  Would there be a lot of kids, and have different types of tours?  We will be in our 50’s and celebrating being empty nesters, so not sure we want lots of kids around. 😂

I would count on a lot of kids. We were on a non-generations cruise, and had a few. Uniworld has recently lowered their "allowed" age on all cruises to 4 yrs.

 

The generations cruises have special excursions and onboard activities. I recently saw one of their Italy ones on their Instagram feed, and there were about 12 kids.
