Lois, it's too late for the A/C but have you heard of American Home Shield? It's insurance for your A/c pool pump, appliances, garbage disposal, plumbing, and lots more. It's about $37 a month. It's so worth having when these things are getting close to repair or replacing. It's worth looking into. AHS.com I believe. you pay a small service fee ($35-$37) but it is so worth it. The service call includes parts and labor.
