Andy Posted December 10, 2006 #26 Share Posted December 10, 2006 Andy, On RCL (parent company) you can see your cruise credits and history on line, not just your level. You'd think they could take the good ideas from each site and combine them. Hi Bob ! One would surely think so. It is amazing how Royal Caribbean's website is outstanding, and Celebrity's website has barely changed over the last 2 years (other than the Century Tour addition). There is so much that can be done to improve the Celebrity website. I have emailed them many times with website suggestions, but nothing ever happens. The other point about the Cruise credits is, it makes total sense for Celebrity to do this, as it seems pointless to have passengers call Captains Club to ask for your Cruise count. By having this data on the website, they can make the Captains Club staff more productive, by not having to waste their time on small items like that. Hopefully, they will get to updating the website sometime soon !
Dick in Falls Church Posted December 10, 2006 #27 Share Posted December 10, 2006 CCandJD- If you are both at a certain level, you each get one of the booklets. Gets you both to the winetasting, gives you both a $5 coupon in the casino, gives you both a discount for whatever at the AquaSpa. And, should you someday travel without your husband (maybe a relative or good friend) you'll get whatever benefits there are. Doesn't cost anything to open your own account, and won't hurt anything to do so.
