bchbum4000 Posted November 15, 2018 #1 Share Posted November 15, 2018 Does anyone have any information on the Bahamian island Ocean Cay Marina Reserve? Is there dining at night on that island? Is it exclusively for Yacht Club Members?

I hope it’s ready by then I had hoped as well, until I realized that it was the last day of the cruise and that it was an all day and most of the night stop. If they followed the usual all shops, casino, etc closed while in port, that stop would be a big negative for me. That quickly caused me to mark it off my list. JAGR Posted November 16, 2018 #5 Share Posted November 16, 2018 It's a private island. I can't see them shutting anything down since they aren't legally required.
bchbum4000 Posted November 16, 2018 Author #6 Share Posted November 16, 2018 I agree. It’s is owned by MSC. Not the Bahamas. The shops and casino will most likely be open. Passengers will be able to eat onthe island or the ship too.

Its possible, but I wonder if it will follow other cruise lines that have their own islands and have most ship shops and casinos closed during port? To the best of my memory Princess, NCL, Carnival and I think RCL (not sure on this one as its been a while since we sailed RCL) all close their shops and casino while they are ported.
