Costa Victoria Suite Questions ???

Hi We will be travelling on Victoria next year for a 4 week cruise.  We took our first Costa cruise on NeoRomantica earlier this year.  I am a bit confused about the inclusions for suites and have some questions I am hoping someone will be able to answer.

1. Does the included drink package include the mini bar?

2. Do we have to pay $2 for a cup of coffee in our suite ?

3. All the things I read say that suite guests dine in the club restaurant.  This didnt happen on NeoRomantica - we still had "free style" dining but were placed in the corridor (albiet a wide one) at the entrance to the main dining room.  This resulted in people coming and going through to the dining room all meal times.  We had club dining for breakfast only.  Will it be the same on Victoria ??

4. Is there priority boarding ?? it didnt happen on NeoRomantica it was a mad scramble with everyone being told to be there at 10am then boarding didnt start until 12 noon.  There was no seating or drinks available and everyone was desperate to get onboard.  Is anything organised or will it be organised chaos again ?? we will be sailing out of Venice.

5. If my friends join us - there are no suites left - do mini suites have the same benefits (ie same dining / drinks package etc.) ?

Hi The intenditore package does include the mini bar & coffees in your Suite, however changes have been made & liquor is extremely limited in the mini bar, but your Butler could fill requests for your favourite drink to be replaced. This again is solely down to passengers removing all miniatures prior to disembarking spoiling it for everyone else.

You will eat in the Club Restaurant or a separate area of the MDR. Some club restaurant's are being changed into burger and Pizza joints..

You are entitled to priority boarding as a suite guest, the time you can board is written on your ticket this can be as early as 11am or late as 4pm depending on sailing time, see suite and Diamante desk in hall or any staff member, you will be given number one and board as soon as gate is open.

Mini suites do not have same perks as full suite however as a full suite guests you may take them with you subject to available tables & by asking Maître D or by putting them on your booking. They will get a drinks package included.

Victoria has a beautiful club restaurant. One half has been taken away for a burger /pizza restaurant but it’s too far away to spoil the ambience

Our friends had a suite recently and only had soft drinks and 2 beers in the mini bar.

Our cruise on Deliziosa was so disappointing after such a happy time on Victoria.

you will have priority boarding at Venice . When you drop off your luggage you will be given a card with number 1 on it. Make sure you join the scrum to get in there as people with 7 or 8 will be trying it on!
