There is a Priority Pass lounge at Hartsfield Jackson. It's in Terminal F on the mezzanine level. It is shared with Qatar (I think) and it is airy with several food service areas, full bar, and relatively comfortable seating.

 

Thank you, I tend to have short connections at ATL so just end up at the A17 or B Sky Club, but I'll keep this in mind..
