Caribbean - How much do you care about ports when choosing?

We book for the best deals in the Caribbean and have been there many times. We prefer the southern and eastern..   would only do the west if it was a very good deal as a get away for a B2B  to be on a cruise.   We don’t leave the ship when in those ports.
