Almost all the building have steps, sometimes several floors of the, and to get out of the cruise terminal there are 4 flights of stairs. There were 2 elevators one on either side of the stairs but only one of them was working when we were there. There are some places you would need to avoid all together. One would be Hemingway's house which has 2 flights of stairs to get to where you can look in the windows. Contact your tour guide and make sure he knows of your condition before you get off the ship.
