Ruby soda package...cups or water?

Was onboard another ship in October and we were told that the blue cups that normally come when you buy the soda package were out of stock.....instead we were give a coupon for free bottled water.

 

wondering, anyone been on Ruby, lately?   Did they have the blue cups or did u get the water offer?

We did not have any blue cups either.  We just got off our cruise Nov.17th

On the Sapphire in July, the bar attendant gave me 2 large water bottles from behind the bar.  We did not use them and gave them to our cabin attendant on the last day.

We did not get the cups on the Grand in July, but about 4 days into the cruise we found 2 bottles of water in the cabin with a note to apologize for the missing cups.
