Tried phoning, but as we know they do not answer and emailed and still hoping for a reply. Open an InPrivate or Incognito window on your browser and then try again. Don't sign in. Click "Check In" in the upper right hand corner of the home screen. (Assuming that's where it's located on your site). Enter your reservation number, name, ship and sail date and proceed. I hope it works, it did for me. lovescarborough Posted December 3, 2018 #3 Share Posted December 3, 2018 I had the same glitch message when I tried to print my express pass by clicking on the 'check in ' button just now.
