anyone experiencing ongoing 'glitch' when attempting to check in online?

I have been experiencing this for more that 2 weeks, have been trying daily. Tried phoning, but as we know they do not answer and emailed and still hoping for a reply.

We have still got a couple of weeks before we leave so not panicking yet but not sure if it is their system or my account.

I notice you're in UK, but this is worth a try, it works here in the US. Open an InPrivate or Incognito window on your browser and then try again. Don't sign in. Click "Check In" in the upper right hand corner of the home screen. (Assuming that's where it's located on your site). Enter your reservation number, name, ship and sail date and proceed. I hope it works, it did for me. I kept getting error messages every other way I tried.
