Regal Enclave- are the stone beds heated?

I’ve been on the Royal and the Regal.  Neither time were the stone beds heated in the Enclave.  The water beds were also not heated.  Two trips to the deal yielded 2 different answers.  

 

I won’t book a spa pass if this is still the case.  Anyone been on recently?

They were heated on the Regal last March.  Maybe someone has more recent info.

 

It was nearly impossible to use the Enclave on the Regal.  People reserved loungers.  The worst offenders were an older and younger woman.  They held onto two loungers all day.  One would leave for a couple of hours, then return, then the other would leave.  It didn't matter when I went to the Enclave, there were rarely any loungers.  Not worth the money if it's not going to be managed.  The spa manager was worthless.
