They did when we cruised in April.  I'm not aware of any changes.

HAL is creating Club Orange with new locations for Neptune Suite guests and those who want to purchase the Club Orange package @ $50 p/p per day for breakfast.  Larger ships will have a new physical location for Club Orange but not sure where it will be located on vista class and below.  In any case, Neptune suites will have a special location for breakfast.

There have been reports that the Neptune and Pinnacle suites on some ships will have an assigned area in the dining room.
