Coastal Kitchen: Dedicated Kitchen?

I'm curious.  Does CK have it's own kitchen?  The food I've had there has very consistently been the best I've had at any venue on RCI ships.  I know they've got some deck 17 work space on the starboard side, by the suite doors... but didn't think to ask about it.

Do they a only have 1 set menu or do they change the selections daily? 

 

Is it the same on all ships like the main dining menus?

7 different dinner menus.  Two or three lunch menus.
