Jackie, if I remember correctly, you get one or the other.  In other words, if you want to use M-Life perks on the ship, then you don't get C&A perks.

You only get points in one program.

 

But your C&A status will give you certain levels of M-Life status.   Or your M-Life status can give you a certain level of C&A.

 

But if your M-Life status is based on your C&A status, you cannot get M-Life perks on board.
