Miami Airport

Has anyone ever drove to Miami, parked at the airport, & taken a shuttle to the port?  We did this in Ft Lauderdale a couple years ago, wasnt sure if it was an option for MIA though...

Onsite parking at MIA is $17/day. There are no longer any remote discount lots on MIA property. (Nor on FLL property, its overflow lot only opens when all three garages are full).

The $5/day savings over parking at PortMiami is negligible unless your cruise is 10 days or longer and whatever shuttle service you use is quite inexpensive.

 

Now there are off site lots near MIA that you could use and Uber back and forth to the Port which would make the extra time it takes to hit the road on disembarkation day worth your while. Obviously won't be anywhere near as convenient as at Port Everglades given how close FLL is to that Port vs. the 20-30 minute ride from the MIA area to PortMiami.
